Tradexness's return and refund policy.
7-day returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
How to start a return
Contact support@visiongate.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through pickup or drop-off.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
Certain items (e.g. perishables, intimate goods, personalised products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
